Torphichen Summer Nights was set up in 2000 with aims and objectives:
- to promote live music through the presentation of public performances
- to advance the education of the public in the arts and in particular music
- to provide opportunities for young musicians to perform in front of a live audience

| These objectives are for the benefit of the life, work and fabric of Torphichen Parish and a number of local organisations benefit from our fundraising activities. |
|
Summer Nights relies completely on our local volunteers to organise all our events and we are grateful for all the support from our local community.

| In the last few years we have donated funds to Torphichen Kirk, Torphichen Community Council and Torphichen Primary School, Marie Curie Hospice, Strathcarron Hospice |
